With 5 main warehouses in Jakarta, Cengkareng, Tangerang, Semarang, and Surabaya city and a total of around 2.000 employees.

The five main warehouses help the company arranging stocks for 75 exclusive distributors, 380 wholeseller, and around 3.500 retailers throughout Indonesia. With traditional (papa & mama shop), institution sales (projects, B2B business, etc), and modern market (Carrefour, Giant, Hypermart, etc) departments are being treated as a separate department internally, Star Cosmos makes sure that each channel that requires different treatment is utilized to the fullest.

One of the latest innovation for customer is by registering warranty card via text message through mobile phone. This increases the customer data by almost 60% since the innovation been communicated.
